Timber-Tec C-20 is a concentrated clear penetrating wood treatment for logs and timbers that protects from staining and surface discoloration. Ideal for normal construction times of 4-8 weeks.
Timber-Tec M-30 is a concentrated milky penetrating wood treatment for logs and timbers that protects against UV degradation and from staining and surface discoloration. Ideal for longer construction times in areas with high UV exposure.
Timber-Tec T-40 is a ready-to-use milky penetrating wood treatment for logs and timbers that is highly water repellent and protects against staining and surface discoloration. Ideal for normal to long construction times in high-moisture environments.

DESCRIPTION Sansin Industrial Timber-Tec is a concentrated, penetrating wood protection system, offering an effective guard against weathering and UV protection. Sansin Industrial Timber-Tec is available in two transparent formulas: # M-30, a light colored concentrate, retaining the natural light color of fresh pine, etc. and # C-20, a clear concentrate. Sansin Timber-Tec contains solids that penetrate well, creating dimensional stability and water repellency. Sansin Timber-Tec provides active UV protection keeping wood cleaner during the construction phase.
APPLICATIONS
The application of Sansin Timber-Tec is suggested for use on logs, timbers and wood joinery products that are subject to weathering. Sansin Timber-Tec is intended as a pretreatment that should be applied to clean substrates that are not in ground contact. Sansin Timber-Tec can not be applied over previously finished wood.

PACKAGING

PREPARATION
Inspect Wood surface for defects
Cut, glue, machine and shape wood as desired, then power wash surface with minimum 2500 psi
Where mill glaze is evident, sand entire surface and power wash lightly
Draw knifing and adzing are effective methods of preparing logs and timber for application of Timber-Tec. Ensure that application is done immediately afterwards, on the same day and for green logs apply in direct sun light.

LIQUID PREPARATION
Add one part water to one part Timber-Tec (do not add Timber-Tec to Water)
Or add Timber-Tec to basin before adding equal part water
Mix liquid in the basin well before usage
Remove liquid from basin when not used or seal basin tightly

Vacuum system (Pressure treating)

Ensure a flood application in all circumstances.
COVERAGE
100-200 sq.ft./U.S. gallon. Coverage through saturation should be achieved. Because of the variation in porosity of wood substrates, coverage will range from 100-200 sq.ft. (9.3-18.6 sq.m.) per US gallon.
STORAGE
Store at a temperature of between +2°C and 25°C (36°F and 77°F). Keep containers tightly closed.
